∎ Any Certification related to Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing various types of LC documents in co-ordination with supplier and commercial department.
∎ To handle & follow the LC procedure of Machinery & Accessories.
∎ Keep record and submit report of all L/C information.
∎ Review or update commercial procedures in accordance with new or changing standards
∎ Follow up the LC and other payment process with supplier through bank to complete the whole process within stipulated time frame.
∎ Ensure all logistics activities related to Import.
∎ Maintaining all files and registers of related work.
∎ Any other task assigns by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience to maintain ERP Software. (Preferable)
∎ The candidate must have the capability to prepare commercial documents.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Candidates have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Supply market analysis & negotiation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
