Job Context:
∎ Training and Development (T&D) Manager/Sr. Manager (M/SM) is responsible for overseeing the training programs, workshops, seminars, and other activities that help their organization’s employees grow professionally. S/he may also be involved in developing new curriculum or content for these programs.
∎ Training and Development Manager/Sr. Manager works closely with human resources manager(s) to determine which types of training will be most beneficial to employees. S/he may also work with senior leadership to develop a long-term strategy for L&D initiatives within the company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans for training and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them
∎ Guide to prepare training module for different levels; like QI training, Supervisor training, Manager’s training on different subject matter (QA, Production, Compliance)
∎ Collaborating with senior leadership to develop training programs in areas such as leadership development and conflict resolution
∎ Providing guidance and counseling to employees on personal development issues related to career planning and goal setting
∎ Conducting performance reviews to evaluate employee (Target Group) performance and recommend ways to improve performance where needed
∎ Managing employee (Target Group) performance through coaching, counseling, training, and discipline when necessary
∎ Creating organizational culture through communication strategies that align with company values
∎ Guiding team in developing training materials and providing training services to employees to ensure they are meeting their job requirements
∎ Developing and implementing a succession plan for key positions in the organization, including identifying future leaders and creating development plans for them
∎ Reviewing new technologies for training applications and recommending effective uses to leadership
∎ Panning for mentoring program for targeted professionals for both life and career successes

Additional Requirements:

∎ Strong documentation & reporting skills
∎ Excellent in written & verbal communication (both Bangla & English)
∎ Analytical ability and problem solving attitude
