∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Food Science
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new food products in line with market trends, consumer preferences, and company objectives.
∎ Develop and refine recipes for new food products, considering factors such as taste, texture, nutritional profile and cost.
∎ Arrange organoleptic test and other physical and chemical test of finished product. Work on existing / new products in respect of taste, acceptability, appearance, packaging etc. up to highest standard, set objectives and report on performance.
∎ Work with team to ensure NPD process is efficient and lead team to develop and define business requirements for retention of products.
∎ Ensure ISO standard for the product and maintain liaison with the responsible ISO person to assure technical procedures of BSTI, BSCSIR and certification process.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned time to time by the Management.
