• Must have Excellent Knowledge and practical experience of BNBC Building Codes, Fire and Other Government. Regulatory Codes, Revised/ Proposed DAP, Current and Revised/ Proposed Imarat Nirman Bidhimala, Special Committee Drawing, BC Committee Drawing, RajUK Approval, Civil Aviation Authority Approval.

• Must have practical experience on calculations including FAR, construction, salable areas etc. of the projects.

• Must have practical experience on Multi Stored Commercial Building Design, Mix Used Building Design, Multi Stored Residential Building Design, Residential Complex Design, Working Drawing & Detailing, Shop Drawing, As Built Drawing, Interior Design, Building and Interior Materials.

• Must have practical experience on MOQ, BOQ, PWD Schedule, Tender Document, International and Local Contract Agreement.

• Must be expert on Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator software.

• Those who familiar with Revit, 3Ds Max, V-ray, Rhino, Grasshopper, are priority for selection.

• Ability to frequent visit of Site, Ongoing Projects, Consultant Office, Authority Office when required.

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Clear concept in Construction Related Jobs.

• Must have experience of Handling Large Scale Project.Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.

• Excellent communication skill in English and Bengali.

• Must have practical experience on Multi Stored Commercial Building Design, Mix Used Building Design, Multi Stored Residential Building Design, Residential Complex Design, Working Drawing & Detailing, Shop Drawing, As Built Drawing, Interior Design, Building and Interior Materials.

• Coordination with consultants for Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.

• Must have Excellent Knowledge and practical experience of BNBC Building Codes, Fire and Other Government. Regulatory Codes, Revised/ Proposed DAP, Current and Revised/ Proposed Imarat Nirman Bidhimala, Special Committee Drawing, BC Committee Drawing, RAJUK Approval, Civil Aviation Authority Approval.

• Preparing FAR calculations as per DAP.

• Preparing the calculations of construction and salable areas.

• Preparing all type of work orders and agreement papers.

• Preparing floor plans for brochure as per calculation.

• Communicate with site engineers & vendors about patch works.

• Preparing the detailing of any architectural design and patch work.

• Move on regular site visits to check the proper execution of Design & Drawings and solve the design related problems that are found in the construction work with intimation to site engineer.

• Work closely with a team of other professionals such as Structural engineers, CEO, COO, CBO, Zonal Heads.

• Checking Architectural plan, section, elevation and details of the drawing on the basis of rules and standard (current) of RAJUK and/ or relevant regulatory authorities.

• Frequently site visit, on going projects, Consultant Office and Site Check before Casting if required.

• Monitor execution of design & drawings, related to on-going construction works.

• Develop architectural 2D plans and 3D of various projects if needed.

• Prepare Design & Working Drawing for Individual Project if needed.

• Coordinate & Prepare Design, Working Drawing, 3D, Brochure for Individual Project in time.

• Monitor execution of Design & Working Drawing related to on-going construction works.

• Check Bills of Materials, Bills of Quantities and Cost Estimates in line with approved designs.

• Research and sourcing appropriate materials and products for projects.

• Perform any other assignment given by the Management
