Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing Talent Development Program with the implementation of Talent Visibility.
∎ Frame Future Leadership acceleration program.
∎ Develop talent management systems, standards, and tools aligned to obtain workforce performance, and individual effectiveness with the implementation of "Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)".
∎ Align leadership acceleration, performance management and other initiatives with identified short, mid- and long-term business strategies.
∎ Serve as a strategic business partner in driving change management & multiple priority projects to increase organizational efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
∎ Design and implement a variety of Learning initiatives, action plans, programs, and materials.
∎ Formulate and execute advanced group learning culture.
∎ Drive more employee engagement activities to bridge management and employee relations.
