Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking initiatives to mobilize business portfolio targets, supervise & support team for priority and retails segment.
∎ Responsible to analyse and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics.
∎ Preparing segment wise business analytics that will help in decision making process of priority clients.
∎ Building & Preparing priority clients service strategy and tools for building engagement with the priority clients.
∎ Responsible for managing affiliations with external organisation and institutions and developing communication content for letters, applications, promotions, brochure, presentations, concept papers, public relationship management, agreements etc.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with other departments and stakeholders for ensuring effective and efficient service and engagement of priority clients.
∎ Prepare and execute sales plan focusing priority customers in view of company's strategy, goals and specified targets.
∎ Confirm quality service and control through advising priority clients on their personal financial needs and goals by suggesting suitable financial packages, and handle questions and orders on their banking and finances.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Team player, strong communication skills both in English and Bangla;
∎ Strong business development and customer relationship management skills;
∎ Business orientated & customer centric;
∎ Operational excellence;
∎ Innovative and openness to change.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
∎ Experience in the corporate finance department in reputed Bank/FI/Group of company will get preference.
