Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement the SME product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends to design new SME products.
Lead product lifecycle management—including ideation, feasibility analysis, launch, enhancement, and retirement.
Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
Responsible to analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, Product Program Guideline (PPG), trends & operating metrics and gather competitive intelligence through primary and secondary means.
Develop new partnership and marketing channels to acquire businesses and deliver product & services to customer.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to bring innovative solutions.
Conduct necessary market research and customer lifecycle analysis for development of the product
Collaborate with Credit Risk to refine underwriting criteria for SME segments.
Develop and maintain product policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
Lead digital onboarding and automated assessment initiatives for SME customers.
Explore business prospects to empower women through value added services of IPDC, respond to new disbursement opportunities and enhance the portfolio of the company.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve product efficiency and market penetration.
