  • Minimum 15 years in digital banking, fintech or financial services, including at least 5 years with full P&L ownership and a proven record of building profitable digital businesses.

  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of banking P&L, revenue models, pricing strategies, monetization, and financial analysis.

  • Data-driven strategic leader with expertise in digital product commercialization, stakeholder management, innovation, and executing profit-focused digital growth strategies.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Prime Now`s - Head of Digital Transformation.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Banking as an independent profit center with full ownership of P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership through scalable digital business models.

  • Own end-to-end P&L for digital banking; deliver quarterly and annual revenue, profit, and market share targets.

  • Identify new digital revenue streams; build fintech and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate growth.

  • Manage digital product portfolio with strong ROI discipline, launching premium and high-value offerings.

  • Scale customer acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell, and retention with clear revenue attribution.

  • Improve margins through automation, cost optimization, KPI tracking, and executive-level performance reporting.
