• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 03 years in the leadership role in SME Banking.

• Demonstrated expertise in SME credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and possess strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise all the Cottage, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Financing at Head Office and Branches, ensuring operational excellence, business growth, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Develop annual business plans, growth strategies, and capacity projections for the SME Banking Division.
• Formulate effective SME-focused business strategies, policies, and frameworks, set strategic goals and objectives, and implement necessary programs to achieve business targets.
• Drive SME asset and liability portfolio growth while maintaining sound credit quality, risk mitigation measures, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Promote and market SME banking products, services, and financing solutions to relevant stakeholders including clients, partners, and industry bodies.
• Strengthen the capabilities of SME Banking teams by providing strategic guidance, training. and performance-driven leadership.
• Enhance SME Banking through digital innovation by integrating SME-friendly digital banking solutions, promoting the adoption of digital channels, and collaborating with the Digital Platforms and Stakeholders to expand digital product offerings.
