Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
∎ Maintain PABX & answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
∎ Assist in Branch Operations Management
∎ Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
∎ Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
∎ Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
∎ Take up other duties as assigned time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Neat and Professional Appearance
