Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for taking care of pre-meeting and post-meeting issues of both directors' and shareholders' meetings.
∎ To address an issue, reply, request/ inform internal and external as required; build and maintain rapport; maintain effective communications with the regulators and different bodies in the industry (BAPLC, BLFCA etc.).
∎ To work for the preparation of an informative/ standard Annual Report, printing and disseminating the same in time to maintain compliance. Do all the tasks for ICAB, ICSB, ICMAB & SAFA Award.
∎ To take required initiatives for disbursement of dividends, ensuring dividend reports are on time, taking care of unclaimed dividend issues with compliance and meeting the shareholders' requirement tactfully.
∎ To take required initiatives for RJSC&F-related issues for Bangladesh Finance, Securities and Capital.
∎ To take required initiatives for investment in IPOs & Pre-IPOs for profitable investment of the company.
∎ To ensure the proper maintenance of all the relevant books, records, documents etc. of the company.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of the company's website-related issues (review & and update), maintaining the registers, meet visiting stakeholders/clients etc; any other job assigned by the management given time to time.
