∎ Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience.
∎ Candidates must have collection experience in Bank/ NBFI.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bucket wise Retail Loan/ Credit Cards Collection/ Recovery.
∎ Take account wise Corrective measure as necessary for effective collection steps for his/her assigned accounts.
∎ Conduct single visit to the customer/ guarantors and maintain visit reports.
∎ Maintain good health of Retail Loan/ Credit Cards portfolio.
∎ Close monitoring during loan validity/repayment period.
∎ Achieve monthly new business target in SME collection as determined by Management.
∎ Gear up persuasion right from initial stage of its default/non-payment of installments.
∎ Understanding reasons of non-payment to obviate the problem.
∎ Constant follow-up with defaulting borrowers.
∎ Take effective steps to save the loan from turning it to NPL.
∎ Minimize net losses.
∎ Control delinquency (and hence provisions) in line with profit objectives.
∎ Retain good/profitable customers.
∎ Work in a cost effective manner.
