Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 04 years of experience for SO, 02 years of experience for Officer in the area of Financial Statement preparation, Budget & Budgetary Control, CRAR calculation under BASEL III, ICAAP papers etc.
∎ Sound knowledge about various regulatory authorities, external & internal audit, Tax & VAT authorities etc.
∎ Able to prepare various memos related to Board and various internal management committees
∎ Ability to analyze different Financial Analysis methods required by Management and Board
∎ Carry out & reviewing reconciliation process & financial statements of subsidiary companies
∎ Able to process the introduction of product pricing & product-based accounting
∎ Good critical thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decision
∎ Exceptional mathematical skills to verify entries
∎ Productive, proactive and positive attitude.
