∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Master’s Degree along with Honors preferably in business background from any UGC approved reputed university having no 3rd class in academic records
∎ Minimum 15 years of Banking experience along with minimum 5 years of experience as faculty/Principal or Training Institute/Academy of any scheduled bank
∎ Excellent communication and conciliation skill
∎ Self-driven and tech-savvy

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and deliver training programs that are aligned with the organization’s aspiration
∎ Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps
∎ Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts and online courses
∎ Co-ordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers and participants
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
∎ Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training opportunities and develop customized program
∎ Monitor and track training metrics to message the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives
∎ Collaborate with Cell/Unit/Department/Division Heads to identify training needs and develop training plans
∎ Comfortable in develop and delivery of digital platform-based learning
∎ Design and develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules and job aids
∎ Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback
∎ Productive, proactive and positive attitude.
