∎ Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university preferably in Business-Tech, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Digital Transformation with a satisfactory academic track record

∎ At least ten years of working experience in process engineering, operation management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in the banking or financial services industry
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team
∎ Expert in customer centricity, ownership & delivering results, integrity, collaboration and developing others

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
∎ Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
∎ Manage end-to-end process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, channel, IT, operations, and customer service, to implement process changes
∎ Manage risks and ensure successful outcomes
∎ Work closely with senior management to align process improvement initiatives with strategic goals
∎ Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure buy-in for process changes
∎ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process improvement culture within the organization
∎ Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement
∎ Conduct regular process audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
∎ Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvement initiatives to senior management
∎ Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate new technologies and tools into business processes
∎ Evaluate and recommend digital solutions to enhance process efficiency and customer experience
∎ Ensure seamless integration of different platforms with existing systems and processes
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and feedback
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in banking and process engineering
∎ Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous one to drive ongoing process improvements
∎ Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
∎ Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about process changes
∎ Provide support and guidance to employees during the transition to new processes
