∎ Email Marketing, Graphics Designing, Content writing, Adobe Premiere Pro, SEO and Digital Marketer, Social Media Marketing, Computer skill with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Professional FB Page Management
∎ Including (Ads, Design, Video, Problems)
∎ Branding ideas & solutions.
∎ Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
∎ Ability to work on multiple tasks, taking full responsibility.
∎ Skills and experience in creative content writing.
∎ Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Digital Marketing (especially Facebook marketing/Boosting, E-commerce website handling, etc.).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve bank objectives and growth targets.
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Twitter marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Write content for marketing and have knowledge of creating banners, cover photos, leaflet design, excellent photo & video editing, etc., to be displayed on the website, social media, and email marketing.
∎ Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
∎ Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, posting and community management, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
∎ Implement SEO strategies to improve website, facebook & youtube visibility and ranking on search engines.
∎ Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
∎ Conduct regular analysis of competitor & activities and market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
∎ Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, customer support & other related division to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Employment Status: Permanent in the rank from Officer to First Executive Officer.
