Must be in C-level at present or member of Senior Management Team or MANCOM member of any reputed bank. Leadership role in excellence of business development complying metrices inclusive of compliance, control, service and development of human resources.
∎ Extensive business/product development knowledge and relationship management skills.
∎ Strategic and innovative thinker and can see the big picture of the organization.
∎ Smart, team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills.
∎ Capacity to persuade and influence people.

∎ The Bank is looking for Chief Business Officer (CBO) to proliferate a robust business.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Chief Business Officer who will play the key role in business planning and development for the Bank. The CBO will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and will be responsible to take strategic business decisions and drive those.
∎ Job Grade: SEVP / DMD.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ CBO will be responsible for supervision of branch business and achieve annual business targets as per plan. S/he will also be responsible for the following business portfolio:
∎ Corporate Business
∎ Syndication & Structured Finance
∎ Cash Management
∎ Retail Business
∎ Cards Business
∎ SME & Agriculture Business
∎ Supply Chain Financing
∎ Strategic Roles: CBO will lead the team to formulate and execute business strategy. S/he will provide insight to the market access both in the macro and micro point of views. Explore market to increase and maximize business profitability.
