Shift Schedule: Rotational Shifts / Roster Duty
Shift Details:
For Male Candidates:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
For Female Candidates:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
[Transportation is provided for Morning and Evening shifts.]
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
Effectively resolve customer complaints with practical, timely solutions.
Accurately maintain and update customer data in the call center database.
Assist customers with product and service-related queries.
Promote company products and services to potential customers.
