Experience in Mobile App Development using Flutter will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide end-user support & service for core banking applications.
Must have professional experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, including Web Service, Restful Web API, jQuery and MSSQL Server.
Exposure to Angular/ReactJS, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.
Implement RESTful Web services to retrieve data from the client side and make REST.
Competent in Windows systems and related service management.
Analyse and understand business processes, including identifying changes and requirements.
Assist with application configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and client support initiatives.
Write and execute queries, analyse data and troubleshoot issues.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, collaborate with users, and drive project alignment across all levels of the organisation.
Manage application & project implementations.
Conduct application testing, track and resolve bugs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Identify problems and recommend improved procedures and controls.
Provide user training, guidance, and feedback to enhance end-user capabilities and system utilisation.
