Experience:
MBA/Master's in any discipline from reputed University with no third division in academic records.
Candidates having professional degree/certification in credit risk management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 04 (Four) years working experience as credit analyst or relevant experience in a commercial Bank / Financial Institution.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
Very good skills in MS Office.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Process of credit/Investment proposals assigned by the line management.
Remain time bound to process credit proposals for recommendation of the line management.
Communicate with Branch Credit Officers thorough mail and any verbal communication where there are very urgent requirements.
Analysis of the credit proposal (Renewal/Reschedule/Restructure/Settlement/Write-off) through assessment of different risks factors like financial risk, business/industry risk, management risk, security risk, relationship risk, marketing risk etc. and prepare credit memo as per designed format and place the memo to reporting authority for their recommendation.
Prepare presentation of proposal for credit committee meeting/Board.
Forward the Credit Memo to the competent/appropriate authority for approval after necessary amendment as per credit committee recommendation (if necessary).
Prepare and communicate declined/deferred decision to the concerned Branch if the proposed credit facilities are not justified after thorough assessment of the proposal.
Maintain MIS and systematic filing process to ensure timely and quick accessibility to the necessary file.
Ensure Early Alert reporting through identification of deteriorating sign at the initial stage.
Regular follow up of stressed portfolio.
Visit client's factory/outlets as and when required.
All other related jobs as and when required for smooth operation of the Department assigned by the line management
