BRAC Bank PLC is currently seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and purpose-driven professional to join its Digital Banking Division in the following position:

Manager/ Senior Manager, Digital Business and Payments

Grade: SPO /AVP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and support for initiatives.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development sessions to maintain high performance and engagement standards.

  • Assist the Line Manager in formulating a digital strategy to define a distinctive proposition for target segments to maintain a leadership position in the market for digital transactions.

  • Align all stakeholders with the processes, agreements, and SLAs related to digital solutions.

  • Ensure service marketing and promotional communication.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to address customer acquisition, retention, and attrition management for customers who perform transactions (fund transfers, payments).

  • Monitor and track transaction volumes and ensure effective transaction migration.

  • Monitor portfolio health through daily reporting and action based on the analysis.

  • Collaborate with the product team, technology team, and service operation team to implement and troubleshoot (as required)

  • Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to promote products across various channels.
