We’re hiring a Relationship Manager who can turn conversations into conversions and deliver a strong service experience to our internal and external customers. What you’ll do
Pitch insurance products to employees across all Shanta concerns and their customers.
Manage every lead from first contact to conversion with consistent follow-up.
Provide timely service, issue policies accurately, and resolve customer queries quickly.
Share daily and weekly updates with the line manager and maintain clean documentation.
