∎ Incumbent must be experienced in working at Factory Merchandising.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of Factory Merchandising.
∎ Good knowledge in fabric & apparel product development.
∎ Experience with raw material and garment testing.
∎ Strong technical understanding of fabric construction and up to date on seasonal fabric trends.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and Coordinate Projection Order, confirm order and Predictable Demands enquiry & order sheet in GMS and follow-up according to TOD & OPD.
∎ Monitor & Follow-up information collection process like consumption, grading, sample development information from CAD, IE, Sample room, PDC (Product Development & Coordination).
∎ Follow-up and Ensure Correct Information regarding BOM creation process for Fabric, Accessories, Trims, and Sewing Thread in GMS.
∎ Ensure Requisition with proper Information send to Material Planning and Control department & follow-up materials delivery According to FSD & ESD with MPC.
∎ Meeting with MPC (Material Planning & Control) regarding materials on time delivery in Store.
∎ Ensure materials availability before line input.
∎ Ensure Merchandising & Garments Planning in periodical meeting regarding Materials availability in Store A/C to FSD & ESD.
∎ Update about materials availability to support the line and take alternative action if required.
∎ Maximum Stock utilization of materials.
∎ Follow up and Ensure MO Sheet Preparation & Country Breakdown in GMS.
∎ Merge PO wise materials and Transfer materials order to order if Required.
∎ Entry Short Note in System.
∎ Analyze & identify areas for improvement based on Buyer Nature, Materials delivery and their Work Process and also implement corrective actions.
