Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Industrial Engineering Team, Coach Subordinates and improvers engagement, setup and continues improves IE procedures with modern technology.
∎ Reduce non value adding activities, Drive actions to create standardization and simplification of process.
∎ Provide improvement Proposal to optimize manufacturing process and operation, establish standard procedures.
∎ Ensure costing SMV to Merchandiser.
∎ Maximize efficiency to improve work flow by using proper material.
∎ Garments analysis & style development for reducing costing.
∎ Implement and sustain the effective works methods/ systems at the factory in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes.
∎ Monitor relevant production parameters and taking actions to ensure a smooth flow production.
∎ Plan QCO layout & analyze performance accuracy of the same prior to releasing it to production flow.
∎ Acting as an internal trainer for IE with in the plant qualification.
∎ Plan and direct all aspects of industrial engineering activities within an organization.
