Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Knitting target production as per plan.
∎ Ensure on time delivery according to production start and end reliability.
∎ Monitor all materials readiness before start production.
∎ Root cause analysis for failure (production, hit rate%, Quality & NPT) in knitting.
∎ Ensure on time order closing according to the plan.
∎ Check and verify Yarn availability with SCM & MCD.
∎ Monitor production related errors like design changing duration, wrong yarn receiving, unplanned program change, yarn delivery delay, barcode pending etc.
∎ Review process findings and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Monitor 5s in production floor to improve floor work environment.
∎ Ensure housekeeping & PPE usage in production area and other compliance issues.
