Job Responsibilities:
∎ To know all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ To overlook the quality standard of the finished product, find out the reason for inspection rejection
∎ To monitor, Coordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirements.
∎ Manage and measure the performance of the key local and worldwide suppliers.
∎ Effectively interact with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ To Evaluate and improve the efficiency level of controlling the system and the effectiveness of the existing quality control system of the entire Group.
∎ Review and update the company's quality control manual modules and materials relevant to productivity and quality control.
∎ Organize, conduct and facilitate training programs as required after necessary orientation.
∎ Ensure quality standard, manage the quality platform and attend each and quality control.
∎ Co-ordinate with Lab and collect update data of the required test.
∎ Conducts audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ To develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ To overseas inspection activity for production throughout the product cycle.
∎ To design & develop new ways regarding the improvement of quality.
∎ To develop quality customer service for all query issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Knowledge in English will be given preference.
∎ Minimum 10 years of Experience in any Items
∎ 3 years of experience in the similar position will be preferred.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
