Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should have knowledge in productivity improvement.
∎ Should have knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Wcmf, Fsms, QMS, GMP, HACCP, IMS, US-FDA and Halal Food.
∎ Expert in handling ERP Software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare production and process improvement plan.
∎ To follow standard operating procedure.
∎ To ensure standard manpower as per production schedule.
∎ Handling section in-charge, machine operators, supervisor & worker properly.
∎ To monitor machine breakdown report and other checklist provided in production floor.
∎ To control production cost, reducing wastage as well as proper utilization of manpower.
∎ To check standard output of finished goods as per materials consumption.
∎ To check & maintain log book used in production floor.
∎ Oversee production in auto biscuit.
