Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visitdistributor points to inspect distributor’s stock position.
∎ Work with sales officer to check market situation.
∎ Conduct market surveys to gather consumer preferences and opinions.
∎ Analyze survey data to identify trends and patterns.
∎ Design and implement survey methods, including questionnaires and interviews.
∎ Monitor market trends and report findings to management.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
∎ Develop and maintain a database of survey responses.
∎ Ensure the validity and reliability of collected data.
∎ Collect customer complaints for resolution.
∎ Track and report on competitor activities and market conditions.
