3 to 4 years experience in same position, 3 yrs, Ability to communicate effectively
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Cut-Poly (Every piece in account), Man-hour Control, Line/Process Capacity, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ Reporting Plan Vs Actual, P/L, Man-hour, DHU and skill matrix.
∎ Operator Assessment during new recruitment & performance evaluation.
∎ Ensure the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Check method when line feeding.
∎ Monitor Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ Meeting regarding Low efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented knit garment factory.
∎ Preparing machine performance matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine0
∎ Overtime & loss time report prepared.
∎ Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
∎ Maintain discipline and keep good working environment in the factory.
∎ Any other responsibilities that assign by the management.
∎ Documents:
∎ Line layout, line balancing, and SMV calculation report.
∎ Skill matrix & Time study report, operation breakdown report.
∎ NTP /down time calculation analysis & report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
