Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
Strong knowledge of real estate digital trends, buyer behavior, and funnel strategy.
Creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Job Summary:
The Manager – Digital Marketing will lead all digital marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement for real estate projects. This role requires strong expertise in online advertising, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content strategy, social media, and analytics, tailored specifically for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and project launch plans.
Design integrated online campaigns to generate leads for residential and commercial properties.
Research and monitor digital trends, competitors, and real estate industry shifts.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
Create and optimize landing pages and digital funnels to convert visitors into prospects.
Track, measure, and improve ROI from all online channels.
SEO & Website Management:
Oversee the company website and ensure it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Coordinate with developers and content writers to maintain site functionality and freshness.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and schedule content calendars for regular posting, engagement, and promotions.
Collaborate with design, video, and content teams for high-impact visuals and storytelling.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM data to analyze campaign performance.
Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
Monitor and manage budgets across digital platforms.
Collaboration & Vendor Management:
Liaise with third-party digital agencies, SEO firms, media partners, and influencers.
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure digital leads are tracked and converted.
Align digital campaigns with offline marketing, events, and property launch plans.
