Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN A DYEING FACTORY.
∎ Skills Required: Erp software, MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure good production with best quality.
∎ Give dyeing program in dyeing machine by proper plan & take urgencies to make the target successful
∎ Deliver dyeing fabric on time according to the buyer's requirement.
∎ Monitor the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time etc.
∎ Communicate with Sales division, planning division and respective Executive of the buyer for ensuring 100% dyeing quality, shade matching, and GSM.
∎ Adjust bulk recipes & parameter for a particular shade to ensure good reproducibility as well as increase RFT%.
∎ Capable of technically minimizing fabric dying cost with best quality output.
∎ Ensure the quality standard as per buyer requirement by standardizing the process and set a SOP for the process.
∎ Arrange and conduct counseling for in-charge/supervisor/operator to monitor and meet KPI.
∎ Advice / instruct to mix the chemical recipe for dyeing both natural and synthetic Thread.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower.
∎ Monitor all safety followed by the team.
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dying process.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Plan to timely delivery with quality will be the responsibility of the respective incumbent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Sewing Thread Dyeing Production in any industry.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate subordinates.
∎ Knowledge of organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Computer Literacy is a MUST.
