  • High proficiency in MIS reporting, data analytics, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with presentation and documentation expertise.

  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to financial inclusion and women’s empowerment.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Manager – Women Banking will lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of a dedicated women banking portfolio. This role is central to advancing financial inclusion for women through innovative products, data-driven strategies, and impactful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives focused on women-centric financial solutions.

  • Prepare high-impact business documents such as Approval Notes, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and internal memoranda.

  • Generate and analyze MIS reports to evaluate portfolio performance and inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery.

  • Design and deliver training programs to build capacity among staff involved in women banking operations.

  • Lead digitization and process innovation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

  • Ensure full compliance with audit standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal control requirements; proactively address any audit findings.
