The Manager – Women Banking will lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of a dedicated women banking portfolio. This role is central to advancing financial inclusion for women through innovative products, data-driven strategies, and impactful customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives focused on women-centric financial solutions.
Prepare high-impact business documents such as Approval Notes, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and internal memoranda.
Generate and analyze MIS reports to evaluate portfolio performance and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery.
Design and deliver training programs to build capacity among staff involved in women banking operations.
Lead digitization and process innovation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Ensure full compliance with audit standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal control requirements; proactively address any audit findings.
