Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for Wet Processing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wash wet processing operations.
∎ Lead and manage the yarn cotton wet processing department, including planning, execution, and optimization of processes.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
∎ Oversee the selection and testing of chemicals and dyes to be used in the wet processing of washing plant.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and R&D to ensure alignment with company objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all processing activities.
∎ Train and mentor staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and source high-quality materials for processing.
∎ Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and proposed solutions to senior management.
