Job Context:
∎ Manager (Warehouse) for Sweater Factory
∎ We are a 100% export oriented Sweater Manufacturer factory (Monthly capacity 6, 00,000 pcs), looking for dynamic and professional persons for the post of "Manager (Warehouse)". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain physical condition of warehouse.
∎ Issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly stock materials according to a prescribed inventory of store by using ERP system.
∎ Follow up daily weekly monthly requisition for material as per production requirement.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Maintain transport schedule for local items received and delivery purpose.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory and closing report.
∎ Follow up Stock Register & Consumption report.
∎ Receive and confirm orders to distributors.
∎ Invoice all companies' materials.
∎ Daily and monthly stock verification.
∎ Provide the range of different materials as per requirement.
∎ Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
∎ Develop and maintain Safety and Security policy of warehouse.
∎ Generate daily/monthly/quarterly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report to the concerned authority.
∎ Improvement and development of warehouse.
∎ Work as a team with an attitude to support colleagues to achieve the team objectives.
∎ Must have full knowledge on Compliance requirement of major USA/EU Customers
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the immediate Superior as well as Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Sweater Factory.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & maintain good team environment.
∎ Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.
∎ Conversant with MS office package.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
