Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant contains Boiler, Compressor, Generator, Pump ,Air conditioning system and WTP.
∎ Lead & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of utility supply.
∎ Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment of the company.
∎ To ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment before any breakdown occurs.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (Water, Power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues such as air compressor, diesel & gas generator, Thermo oil Boiler, A/C plant, water pump, steam boiler, ETP, WTP,etc.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively
∎ Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective
∎ Need to pursue all electrical and mechanical works for operation and maintenance of power equipment like Sub- Station, AVR, ATS, Electrical panel board etc.
∎ Need to pursue operation and maintenance of Air Conditioner (AC), Fire Fighting system.
∎ To maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety, fire safety and building safety related issues.
∎ All records have to be documented and maintained.
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ Adhered to repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern VRF, Boiler & Compressor etc.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals
∎ Ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, H&M, Wal-Mart, Next, Puma, C&A, Bureau Veritas along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ To ensure installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types of industrial substations (X-former, LT panel, HT panel , PFI plant , AVS , IVS , ATS , HT cable , LT cable) in all factories of the group.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Textile (Knitting, Dyeing, Garments) Installation/ Erection, Operation and Maintenance
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Should have contacts and experience in sourcing of engineering parts and components from suppliers.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ In-depth knowledge on overall Maintenance & Utility related issues of Factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hard-working, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Computer application and Department Budgeting experience is a must.
