Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, ETE or EEE, Master of Science (MSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver Front End Payment Software Solution and Services.
∎ Lead Internal POS strategic agenda.
∎ Own and Drive the program of projects delivering the payments Front End Solutions roadmap.
∎ Ensure the Group's terminal estate is hardware and software compliment.
∎ Maintain an inventory of the Group terminal estate, incorporating PCI requirements.
∎ Implement a terminal management system to control the terminal estate.
∎ Ensure Solutions adhere to Group Architecture, Software and security(including PCI) standards.
∎ Support Business and Customer needs for new and existing solutions and services.
∎ Ensure all systems and process documentation is in place. Contribute to the effective working of the IT Management Team.
∎ Participate in the company's Performance Management System and ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures, reporting systems and Company values at all times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ 7+ working experience in payment industry preferably in implementing payment solutions Excellent Project Management skills with a strong understanding of SW development methodologies, working in Bank IT division shall be added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
