Job Context:
∎ Ensure smooth technical support to leading banks of Bangladesh
∎ Should have good computer knowledge
∎ Should have some knowledge regarding the card system of Bangladesh
∎ Resolve reported issues efficiently at client end

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare POS terminals for banks
∎ Receiving and returning repaired POS
∎ Support account managers
∎ Identify and resolve the reported issues
∎ Help UAT team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be a team work player
∎ Can work under pressure
∎ Willing to work on holidays

Salary: Negotiable
