∎ Willingness to travel nationwide based on project needs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team responsible for POS rollout and support operations.
∎ Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale POS implementation projects across banking clients.
∎ Finalize software and technical specifications in alignment with client needs, compliance requirements and company standards.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in client banks, regulatory authorities and OEM partners.
∎ Ensure deployment and operational support for systems including POS Terminals, CMS, NAC, IRS, DC, and Call Center Infrastructure.
∎ Lead the preparation of technical proposals, tender documents, and ensure regulatory and audit compliance across all deliverables.
∎ Set and monitor KPIs for support teams to maintain high service standards and SLA compliance.
∎ Guide and support cross-functional teams for issue resolution, incident management, and preventive maintenance.
∎ Develop and present regular progress reports, issue logs, and rollout status to internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented professional who will lead the end-to-end implementation and support function. This role involves high-level client engagement, coordination with OEM partners, business and technical requirement finalization, team leadership, and strategic execution to ensure quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and timely rollout.
