Skills Required: 3D Design,RCC Structure,Structural analysis and Design
Additional Requirements:
Must have experience in RCC Design of Industrial and Residential buildings.
Proven skill on STAAD.Pro, ETABS, MIDAS, TEKLA Designer, AutoCAD Civil 2D design/drafting, or any other advanced Civil Engineering Design Software.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Should have the ability to handle many projects at a time.
Strong communication skills with the execution team using modern communication tools.
Frequent site visit is required to solve the structural problem at sites.
Candidates with design knowledge of heavy industries like Paper Mills, Sugar Mills, Steel Mills, Cement Factories, and Jetty will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Utilize the latest design software to create structural designs for MGI’s industrial and residential buildings.
- Lead and contribute to the design of reinforced concrete structures, including buildings and various infrastructure projects.
- Analyze and design complex reinforced concrete structures, ensuring they meet safety, durability, and performance standards.
- Develop innovative, cost-effective design solutions with considerations for load distribution, seismic resistance, and construction methods.
- Ensure all designs, drawings, and calculations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, budgets, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of design phases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, best practices, and emerging trends in RCC structural design.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular reviews and checks to ensure designs meet safety and quality standards.
- Ensure designs are resilient and adhere to safety standards to minimize the risk of structural failures.
- Prepare and submit reports, design documentation, and presentations to the Project Head and Management.
