Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC,CSE,ETE
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) In Marketing
∎ Candidates, in addition to above, with Bachelor degree in engineering background in CSC/CSE/ETE will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Business development, Sales & Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing

∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Assist in impacting the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and properly prioritizing new business development opportunities.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Able to do product costing and fix sales price.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Able to search for new clients/projects for prospective business with IT/ITES Enabled Services.
∎ Prepare follow-up details regarding day to day task
∎ Visit Corporate Customers, Government offices, NGOs and preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal. Have existing contacts in Govt. offices, private and NGO institutes.
∎ Responsible for participating in the major Government and Private Tender or Bidding invitation and take necessary steps for the successful submission and follow-up.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients.
∎ Maintain excellent contacts in BTRC, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT, Bangladesh Computer Council, Ministry of Commerce, Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms etc.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Able to prepare a potential customer list, and conducting regular visit to different Location.
∎ Capable to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
∎ Maintain a good system to keep the client's details for future reference.
∎ Follow up the client's through phone call and personal visit on a regular basis.
∎ Weekly & Monthly report preparation.
∎ Ensure periodic customer visits to retain existing business, increase volume & pursue new customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Software Sales
∎ Experience in private/government project dealing will get preference.
∎ Must have successful previous sales experience in managerial role, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Candidates with proven entrepreneurial roles in Technology sector will get extra consideration.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive package depending on the experience & capability of the candidate.
