Job Context: "We are seeking a suitable candidate with experience as a Store Manager in a Spinning Mill."

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the store department in the spinning mill, ensuring efficient management of inventory and materials.

  • Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure proper documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock.

  • Plan and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and other consumables required for production and maintenance.

  • Monitor and control the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery to various departments, minimizing production delays.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications to prevent discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Implement and maintain a computerized inventory management system for easy tracking and monitoring of stock levels.

  • To maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth material flow and timely procurement.

  • Ensure that all store operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

  • Supervise and train store personnel to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
