• 5–8 years of experience in store/warehouse management, preferably in FIBC or any manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of ERP-based store operations and inventory management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of safety standards and material handling procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bangla is a pre-requisite.

• Advance efficiency on MS Word, Excel & Power point.

Sinobangla Industries Limited, a 100% export oriented China-Bangladesh joint venture Company, engaged in production of WPP & FIBC bag, is looking for suitable candidate to fill up the vacancy in the factory:

Workplace: Factory

Store & Inventory Management

• Manage overall store and warehouse operations including raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/documented systems and ensure real-time inventory updates.
• Monitor and control material receiving, storage, and issuing as per production requirements.
• Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and storage conditions for all materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and QC teams for smooth material flow.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with ERP/inventory records.
• Implement and enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the store/warehouse.
• Train, guide, and supervise storekeepers and material-handling staff.
• Prepare and submit monthly inventory and store activity reports to management.

VAT & Tax Management

• Handle all matters related to VAT authorities, VAT audits, queries, and correspondence with the NBR and other relevant tax authorities.
• Ensure sufficient knowledge and application of VAT rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns to the VAT/TAX authority on time.
• Review invoices, purchase records, and sales transactions to calculate correct VAT payable or refundable.
• Reconcile VAT accounts with the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Assess VAT implications of business transactions and provide necessary guidance.
• Recommend VAT and tax-efficient structures to minimize risks and costs for the company.

• Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Profit share, Group Insurance, Provident fund

• Festival allowance : 2 (Yearly) as per rules.
