• ISO skills required for 9001, 14001, 22000, and 45001

Sinobangla Industries Limited, a 100% export oriented China-Bangladesh joint venture Company, engaged in production of WPP & FIBC bag, is looking for suitable candidate to fill up the following vacancy in the factory:

Job Location Baluakandi, Gazaria, Munshiganj, Bangladesh.

Responsible for the Safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment and systems to ensure maximum production and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the FIBC manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliable operation of extrusion lines, circular looms, lamination, cutting, printing, stitching, baler, and utilities.

• Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of electrical and automation systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, transformers, generators, compressors, MCCs, PLC, HMI, VFD/servo systems, and power distribution.

• Perform advanced to intermediate PLC programming, modification, fault diagnosis, and backup/restore to support production and reduce downtime.

• Analyze recurring electrical/PLC faults and implement root cause corrective actions.

• Ensure full compliance with DIFE, Fire Service & Civil Defense (FSCD), BNBC, BERC, and utility authority requirements.

• Implement electrical safety, LOTO procedures, PPE usage, and conduct safety & automation training.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the electrical & automation maintenance team; ensure shift-wise coverage.

• Maintain statutory records, PM logs, breakdown reports, PLC backups, power consumption data, and electrical/automation drawings (SLD, IO lists).

• Monitor energy consumption, power factor, demand load, and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Control maintenance cost and manage critical electrical & automation spares inventory.

• Support installation, commissioning, modification, and PLC integration for new machinery.
