Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from a recognized Public University

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 32 years

Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and land development regulations. Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and approval processes. Good communication and official correspondence skills. Strong presentation and reporting skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office applications. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, 3–5 years of relevant experience in township and land development projects. Experience in real estate, land development, or infrastructure projects preferred

Prepare and develop master plans, layout plans, and land use plans for township and land development projects

Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning assessments

Ensure compliance with local planning laws, regulations, and development guidelines

Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders

Maintain continuous correspondence with government authorities (e.g., RAJUK, local development authorities)

Prepare and submit necessary documents for approvals and permits

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved plans

Conduct field visits and site inspections as required

Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for management and stakeholders

Assist in resolving planning-related issues and regulatory challenges
