Responsibilities & Context:
Civil maintenance work
Interior work
Plumbing work
Execute maintenance tasks for handover buildings
Coordinate repair activities with contractors and maintenance staff as necessary
Estimation of Building Maintenance Cost
Manage the maintenance budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs and expenditures
Develop and implement emergency response protocols to handle unexpected maintenance issues promptly
Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
