Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional training/certification in modern surveying techniques and equipment preferred

Proficiency in surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.)Working knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS software. Good understanding of land records, cadastral maps, and survey standards. Experience in dealing with government authorities and land-related documentation. Strong communication and correspondence skills, good presentation and reporting skills, ability to work under pressure and in field conditions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Conduct land surveys, topographic surveys, and boundary surveys for township and land development projects

• Prepare and verify survey drawings, maps, and reports using modern surveying tools

• Establish control points and ensure accuracy of measurements and data

• Use surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and GIS tools

• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and GIS teams for project implementation

• Maintain proper records of survey data, field books, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with land laws, regulations, and survey standards

• Maintain professional correspondence with government authorities (e.g., land office, development authorities)

• Assist in land acquisition, mutation, and documentation processes

• Conduct site inspections and resolve boundary or land-related discrepancies

• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
