Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Sound knowledge of architectural design principles.

Should have clear knowledge about landscape, plumbing/sanitary & electrical.

Detail understanding of construction processes and methods

Hands on experience on different types of software (Auto CAD, 3D, 3D MAX etc.)

Good communication skill

Excellent interpersonal skill 

Self-motivated & self-driven Result oriented approach

Ability to work under pressure 

Well organized & disciplined

Must have appropriate understanding about the objectives, requirements and budget of the project to generate & develop architectural drawings, landscape & interior design.

Review design layouts (as and when required) to figure out incompatibility (if any) with fundamental design concepts and resolve accordingly.  

Must have flexibility to provide alternative design concept(s) to meet customer requirements. 

Consulting the landowner & clients on the feasibility of different design issue(s) of the project. 

Make corrections (if feasible) of the drawings as per advice of the management/landowner/customer.    

Attending frequent meetings with landowner, clients, vendors & other experts. 

Visiting construction projects regular basis to find out discrepancies.

Work with related vendors on the selection issue of raw materials.

Ensure up-to-date database of design records for future reference.

Cooperate other team members (if required) to accomplish design related task. 

Any other job-related task assigned by the supervisor time to time.
