Responsibilities & Context:
Age 25 to 35 years
Preference will be given to those with experience in industrial, commercial & residential project design work.
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in design and project delivery.
Expertise in architectural concept development, planning, and building design.
Strong command of AutoCAD
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Experience in managing projects from concept to completion. Creative problem-solving and design optimization skills.
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
Fast SketchUp/Others modelling and 3D visualization skills.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Familiarity with RAJUK rules and approval processes.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative design team.
