Responsibilities & Context:
Additional Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in relevant field
Required Skills & Software knowledge on AutoCAD (Mandatory), SketchUp (Preferred)
Prepare architectural drawings for municipal service components (like park, footpath, market, terminal etc.), residential/commercial buildings
Develop Site plan with landscaping, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Detail Drawings using AutoCAD
Create 3D modeling using SketchUp (Lumion/V-Ray or others)
Prepare basic BOQ preparation
