Bachelor of Science (c) in Civil Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Additional training or in project management will be on advantage in Civil Engineering with 10 Experience 5 to 10 years

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in constructions project execution.

• Experience in Real Estate/Construction industry will be preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management tools will be an advantage Kid,

The role involves close coordination with internal teams, consultarm, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management

Supervise and monitor diely construction activilles to ensure work progress as per schedule

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards

Coordinate with contractions, subcontractors, and site staff for smooth execution.
